Imagine that you are in an unfamiliar city and you are trying reach an important destination without a map, a guide or GPS.

It is easy to get lost. That is what it feels like when you are working on tough CCIE Voice call routing scenarios. There are so many concepts, rules and variations that it is hard to keep track of them all. Even with the help of training materials such as workbooks, practice labs and expert-on-demand videos, it is common to feel overwhelmed by the sheer complexity.

However, finding your way around is so much easier when you have a smart guide helping you. For the CCIE Voice lab, that someone for me is Faisal Khan. He is like a a smart guide, a good map and a friendly GPS all rolled into one. When I tried to work on the different call routing scenarios for the CCIE Voice lab, I had a lot of questions. What does this question mean? What is it asking for? How do I keep track of all the requirements? Where should I do the translations? When do I use this "+" sign feature? What Caller ID should the user see?

The Call Routing videos helped me tremendously because they break each call routing requirement down into individual components, making it easier to understand. For example, one video would deal just with the route list digit manipulations and translations for Long Distance calls with backup gateway. The next call routing video would cover Long Distance with TEHO. In presenting each configuration, Faisal not only describes in detail what needs to be configured, but also the reason for doing it a certain way.

The real beauty to Faisal's teaching style is that by breaking down complex material into individual components, he helps you put the pieces together for yourself. What used to be confusing starts making sense. You start seeing patterns, remembering rules and even feeling more comfortable. Imagine that! By the time that you have finished all the different call routing scenarios, you have found answers to questions, filled in gaps and created a solid understanding that goes beyond knowing what the configurations should look like. In short, Faisal helps you understand complex material in a simple way.

I attended Faisal's 12 Days CCVP Plus bootcamp in July 2010 in Dubai. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a primarily hands on experience in Cisco Voice technology, specifically on UCM 7. The UC Resourcekit provided well in advance helps you prepare for the class ahead of time. Faisal's teaching methodology and Q's and A's session are the best aspect of the course, which has been handled by him in a very professional manner.With Faisal assisting you in the class, you will be well taken care of if you are willing to spend the time in the lab.I will be joining his CCIE bootcamp in the near future, as i feel that he is the best instructor out there who can prepare the students to pass the CCIE Voice in first try!!Thanks to Voicebootcamp

First of all, I want to thank Faisal for excellent work he had done during the CCIE voice Boot camp. He went over the course and make things easy to understand and cover up all tricky and hard to understand areas, CCIE Boot camp is the best choice for CCIE exam preparation and put on the right path to gain work experience in Cisco IPT technology, this is my second time in CCIE voice Boot camp to upgrade my knowledge and experience from IPT 4.x to IPT 7.x and prepare for corporate IPT upgrade project in my company and CCIE exam as well. Unexpected - The best choice I made by selecting VoiceBootcamp

Well i got there with the idea: "let's see how much i can benefit from this bootcamp", but i was really surprised that i got exactly what i needed. Faisal is such a great person that can give you exactly what you need, and put you on the right track to accomplish your CCIE regarding your knowledge level. in day 3 i got a phone call from my manager asking "how's ur bootcamp?", i replied in one sentence"i got a treasure named Faisal !!", coz i really got all the guidance and resources needed. I have been to Faisal's CCVP and CCIE voice bootcamp and found both classes very intense and comprehensive. Faisal is an excellent instructor, really knows his stuff, and goes out of his way to provide you with as much attention as you need in order to learn and prepare for the ip telephony world and ccie voice/ccvp exams. He also provides you a lot of material, books, videos that you won't find anywhere else. Thanks Faisal for everything! I am one step closer to CCIE Voice.

Dude you rock and so does your staff!!! Shak has been diligently assisting me to get connected as well as keeping me informed of what's happening with the labs. BTW I have telling everyone at work and will definitely post another great statement!!! You guys are great.

I must say after attending several other training providers this course is one of the BEST I have taken for preparation for the CCIE Voice Thank you very much for the rack time... Of course I will abuse it... NOT!!! :-)

UC ResourceKIT

I bought the UC Resource Kit from Voicebootcamp about a year ago for $1299 US and I have learned a lot from the various lessons. They are carefully thought out and the instructor seems to know what I will be asking before I get a chance to ask it.

All I can say is thanks VoiceBootCamp for this great product.
