Advanced Cisco UCCE/ICM Scripting
5-day instructor-led course intended for system engineers and customers who want to learn how to develop advanced Cisco Contact Center Enterprise scripts using techniques and methodology to deploy real-world call flow. This course will help you learn how to use various nodes in scripting and when to use specific nodes. You will learn to integrate with multiple external applications like Database, RSET API, Java Classes, and more. You will set up Google DialogFlow integration and learn how to use ICM/UCCE Scripts to control the interaction with that platform. The student will go through actual hands-on lab exercises to validate all components learned during the class.
